The objective was to fulfill all headcount requests with qualified candidates to mitigate turnover while adhering to all deadlines. This included robust sourcing strategies, a five-point vetting process, and pre-facility orientations. A rigorous workforce logistics program for managing hundreds of contractors daily per site including Human Bees representatives with TSA/DHS Certified Badges. Badges allowed for Human Bees to assist in security check-in, ownership of contractor facility escorting, safety check-ins and training, contractor movement of workstations, and onsite conflict resolution.
