Human Bees originally signed in March of 2018 as the fourth active vendor to the Oakland site.

The client’s goal was to achieve better product output including increasing the quality of candidates to impact retention and meeting high fill ratios to support 24-7 operation of all five shifts.

Human Bees co-created metrics with the client if milestones were accomplished Human Bees would receive an exclusive onsite engagement.

Bi-annual reviews would take place to determine how the performance was being tracked along with other metrics accordingly.
